By downloading and using Eiyo IPTV (hereinafter "the Application"), you agree to these terms of use.

1. Service Description

Eiyo IPTV is a multimedia player for macOS. The Application allows playback of IPTV streams via the Xtream Codes protocol or M3U playlists provided by the user. The Application does not provide, host, or distribute any audiovisual content.

2. User Responsibility

  • The user is solely responsible for the IPTV servers and playlists configured in the Application.
  • The user agrees to use the Application in compliance with the laws in force in their country of residence.
  • The user is responsible for ensuring that the content they access is legal and authorized.

3. Premium Subscription

  • The Application offers a Premium subscription (monthly or lifetime) via Apple in-app purchases.
  • Payments are processed by Apple. Eiyo IPTV does not have access to your payment information.
  • The monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in System Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Apple's purchase and refund terms apply.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, its design, code, and features are the property of Eiyo IPTV. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
  • Eiyo IPTV does not guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of third-party IPTV servers configured by the user.
  • Eiyo IPTV shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application.

6. Changes

These terms may be modified at any time. The last modification date is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
